            Scheduling Policies and Rules

Custom Designs:
We're called Intuitive Nail Design for a reason! You allow us to intuit the best design for you! You choose length, colors, and shape and we handle the rest! Coming in with a picture of what you want is a CUSTOM DESIGN and all custom designs will incur a $20 consult fee and all designs must be decided upon BEFORE your scheduled appoint. All consults are conducted online via Google Meet and must be paid for in advance to your service. Once you book, the consult fee will be subtracted from your final bill. All services require a 50% retainer fee which must be paid BEFORE your appointment can be scheduled. All sale/special pricing sets must be paid in full when you book.

Intake Forms:
Intake forms are required to be completed in full prior to your appointment and ALL clients are required to complete their intake forms. Please use your real name on your intake forms, these forms are used to ensure you receive the proper service and provide us with any medical information such as diabetes, and allergies. Failure to complete intake forms will result in cancellation. CLICK HERE to complete intake forms. 

Pre Pay Services Retainer:
To keep our prices low we require payment in full at time of booking. 

Services:
~We offer acrylic, gel, press-on, gel-x, manicures, and more!
~We do not offer pedicure services. If you would like a design on your toes you must already have your pedicure done.
~We do not fix or go over other nail techs sets.  Other sets must be removed before we can service you.

Appointments:
All services requiring appointments must be prebooked.

Friends/Children:
No friends or children are allowed during your appointment. No one but the person being serviced are allowed to be present during your appointment unless they are also booked for their own appointment before or after your appointment time. The chemicals used may be too harsh for small children to inhale so no children under 10 years of age. If you come to your appointment with your child who is not being serviced, you will be asked to reschedule with a new deposit. If you know that you will not have a babysitter, please reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or you'll forfeit your payment.

Late Policy:
There is no grace period. You must be on time for your appointment. We suggest early arrival. Failure to confirm or respond to confirmation texts will result in  appointment cancellation. You will be charged the full amount should you fail to confirm your appointment as this is considered a no call no show. Excessive tardiness is not tolerated. As it puts us behind for clients scheduled after you. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Refund Policy:
Due to the custom nature of the work we do we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any of our services. By booking with us you agreeing to our No Refund policy.

No Call No Shows:
No call no shows are PROHIBITED from receiving future services. If you fail to notify us of a need to reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, you forfeit your payment and will be banned from booking in the future.

Disclaimer:
We reserve the right to refuse service anytime and amend these rules as we see fit. Services may be refused due to unhealthy nail plates, excessive tardiness, or inability to abide by any of the rules listed above. All services are provided to the best of our ability and we appreciate constructive criticism DURING the appointment to ensure you have the best results. Please tell us if you are unsatisfied before you leave so the error can be resolved as once you leave you are responsible for the integrity of your set.  Negative energy, gossip, and bad attitudes will not be tolerated. Please arrive open and ready to have a great and positive experience.
